Berkeley Flower Pots Wrapped in Old Glory

While strolling down Vassar Avenue in Berkeley, my camera and I spied and captured these flamboyant little flower pots! It was truly, a potpourri of color, wrapped in sky blue atop a bright white harlequin fence. Now, framed in patriotic stars & stripes wood and matted in electric blue with a scarlet red fillet strip.
